金韦尔机械研发的PET合金片材生产线采用的原料主要来自于废旧衣物、化纤纺织废料等，加入其它助剂配方经熔融塑化挤出做成PET吸塑片材。原料成本为普通PET的1/5价格，制品主要应用于玩具吸塑、门板成型、箱包、工业模型等非食品领域。具有成本极低、利润丰厚、制品韧性高等特点。从分散相粒径及其大小分布，可以看出单螺杆与双螺杆挤出的区别，左图为单螺杆主机，右图为平双主机
