1、 Product concept:
As the main product of traditional municipal drainage and sewage engineering, reinforced concrete drainage pipe has been widely accepted and applied, and has its own advantages and reputation. With the rapid development of industry, there are more and more acidic and toxic substances in sewage (especially industrial wastewater), which have a certain erosion on the concrete on the inner wall of the drainage pipe and affect the service life of the pipeline. Therefore, various anti-corrosion drainage pipes came into being, such as steel cylinder concrete pipe, glass sand pipe, double wall corrugated pipe, PVC pipe, etc., but there are obvious limitations in practical application, and there is a great pressure of environmental pollution in the production process, which is not an environmental protection product.
T-girp reinforced concrete lined modified polyethylene drainage pipe (hereinafter referred to as PE inner lining pipe) not only follows the advantages of traditional reinforced concrete drainage pipe, such as economy and practicality, convenient installation and good stiffness, but also has good anti-corrosion effect and small water flow resistance.

2、 Material use
Compared with ordinary reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), the raw materials used for PE inner lining pipe are exactly the same, and only one layer of modified PE anti-corrosion sheet is added. It is made of polyethylene as the main raw material and other modified auxiliary materials through high temperature and high pressure extrusion. At present, the PE anti-corrosion sheet we use is generally imported from Taiwan, which is divided into T-type key and rhombic key. The T-shaped key structure is suitable for vertical production and core mold production process, and the rhombic key structure is suitable for core mold production and centrifugal production process.
PE anti-corrosion sheet is generally coiled material, the thickness is required to be no less than 1.5mm, the width can be adjusted within 1.5m, and the length can be adjusted arbitrarily. For the convenience of transportation and handling, the total length of the whole roll is generally 30m. The anti-corrosion sheet has good hot fusion performance, and can be easily welded with a hot-air welding gun to splice a format of any size and shape.
3、 Production process
As a part of the pipeline, PE lining layer mainly plays the role of enhancing anti-corrosion performance, improving pipeline hydraulic performance and ensuring pipeline sealing performance. Its combination with the inner wall of reinforced concrete pipeline mainly depends on mechanical embedding.
4、 Finished product handling and inspection
(1) after the formwork of the inner lining pipe is removed, the lap joint of PE film on the inner wall of the pipe shall be cleaned and welded to make the pipe lining form a closed whole.
(2) in addition to the conventional appearance dimensions, the following inspection items shall be carried out for the inspection of inner lining pipe: external pressure load, internal water pressure, spark insulation inspection, pull-out strength inspection of fixed key, etc.
5、 Engineering application and Prospect
In China, the application of PE inner liner pipe has only been a short two years, but the momentum of development is very strong. At present, this kind of pipe is basically used in the sewage project in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and is also being popularized in Shenzhen City, Zhanjiang City and other places. In addition, it is gradually adopted and applied in Fujian, Ningbo and other provinces and cities. In foreign countries, such as India, the Middle East, Africa and other countries and regions, it is a popular process to use T-grip lining plate nested reinforced cement pipe inner wall for drainage pipe.
