螺杆挤出系统采用日常保养和定期保养两种方式进行维护保养：
The screw extrusion system is maintained in two ways: daily maintenance and regular maintenance:

 

(1)日常保养是经常性的例行工作，不占设备运转工时，通常在开车期间完成。重点是清洁机器，润滑各运动件，紧固易松动的螺纹件，及时检查、调整电动机，控制仪表，各工作零部件及管路等。
(1) Daily maintenance is a regular routine work, which does not account for the operating hours of the equipment, and is usually completed during startup. The key point is to clean the machine, lubricate all moving parts, fasten easily loose threaded parts, and timely check and adjust motors, control instruments, working parts and pipelines.

 

(2)定期保养一般在挤出机连续运转2500-5000小时后停机进行，机器需要解体检查、测量、鉴定主要零部件的磨损情况，更换已达规定磨损限度的零件，修理损坏的零件。

 (2) Regular maintenance is generally carried out after the extruder runs continuously for 2500-5000 hours. The machine needs to be disassembled to check, measure and identify the wear of main parts, replace parts that have reached the specified wear limit, and repair damaged parts

(3)不允许空车运转，以免螺杆和机简轧毛。
(3) It is not allowed to run empty to avoid rough rolling of screw and machine

 

(4)挤出机运转时若发生不正常的声响时，应立即停车，进行检查修理。
(4) In case of abnormal sound during the operation of the extruder, stop the extruder immediately for inspection and repair.

 

(5)严防金属或其他杂物落入料斗中，以免损坏螺杆和机筒。为防止铁质杂物进入机筒，可在物料进入机筒加料口处装吸磁部件或磁力架，防止杂物落入必须把物料事先过筛。
(5) Strictly prevent metal or other sundries from falling into the hopper to avoid damaging the screw and barrel. In order to prevent iron sundries from entering the barrel, magnetic absorbing parts or magnetic frames can be installed at the feeding port of the barrel to prevent sundries from falling into the barrel. The materials must be screened in advance.

 

(6)注意生产环境清洁，勿使垃圾杂质混入物料堵塞过滤板，影响制品产量，质量和增加机头阻力。
(6) Pay attention to the cleanliness of the production environment. Do not mix garbage and impurities into the materials to block the filter plate, which will affect the output and quality of products and increase the resistance of the machine head.

 

(7)当挤出机需较长时间停止使用时，应在螺杆、机简、机头等工作表面涂上防锈润滑脂。小型螺杆应悬挂于空中或置于专用木箱内，并用木块垫平、以免螺杆变形或碰伤。
(7) When the extruder needs to be stopped for a long time, anti rust grease shall be coated on the working surfaces of screw, machine Jane, machine head, etc. The small screw shall be hung in the air or placed in a special wooden box, and leveled with wooden blocks to avoid screw deformation or bruise.

 

(8)定期校正温度控制仪表，检查其调节的正确性和控制的灵敏性。
(8) Regularly calibrate the temperature control instrument and check its adjustment correctness and control sensitivity.

 

(9)挤出机的减速箱保养与一般标准减速器相同。主要是检查齿轮、轴承等磨损和失效情况。减速箱应使用机器说明书指定的润滑油，并按规定的油面高度加入油液，油液过少，润滑不反，降低零件使用寿命；油液过多，发热大，耗能多，油易变质，同样使润滑失效，造成损害零件的后果。减速箱漏油部位应及时更换密封垫，以确保润滑油量。
(9) The maintenance of the reducer of the extruder is the same as that of the general standard reducer. Mainly check the wear and failure of gears and bearings. The reducer shall use the lubricating oil specified in the machine manual and add oil according to the specified oil level. Too little oil will not reverse lubrication and reduce the service life of parts; Excessive oil, high heat, high energy consumption and easy deterioration of oil also invalidate lubrication and cause damage to parts. The sealing gasket of the oil leakage part of the reduction gearbox shall be replaced in time to ensure the amount of lubricating oil

 

(10)挤出机附属的冷却水管内壁易结水垢外部易腐蚀生锈。保养时应做认真检查，水垢过多会堵塞管路，达不到冷却作用，锈蚀严重会漏水，因此保养中必须采取除垢和防腐降温措施。
(10) The cooling water pipe attached to the extruder is easy to scale on the inner wall and corrode and rust on the outside. Careful inspection shall be conducted during maintenance. Excessive scale will block the pipeline, fail to achieve the cooling effect, and serious corrosion will lead to water leakage. Therefore, descaling, anti-corrosion and cooling measures must be taken during maintenance.

 

(11)对驱动螺杆转动的直流电动机要重点检查电刷磨损及接触情况，对电动机的绝缘电阻值是否在规定值以上亦应经常测量。此外要检查连接线及其它部件是否生锈，并采用保护措施。
(11) For the DC motor driving the screw rotation, the brush wear and contact shall be mainly checked, and the insulation resistance of the motor shall also be measured frequently whether it is above the specified value. In addition, check whether the connecting wire and other parts are rusted and take protective measures.

 

(12)指定专人负责设备维护保养。并将每次维护修理情况详细记录列入工厂设备管理档案。
