坚持差异化研发占得市场先机
金韦尔依托集团强大的科技装备实力，多年来一直致力于高端产品开发，“紧盯行业热点趋势，做技术驱动型企业”是金韦尔长期的经营理念。谈及金韦尔未来的发展方向，孙总表示重心依旧会放在行业热点的研发型项目上，同时兼顾传统产品的升级换代，保持企业的产品差异性。
孙总介绍说，做研发性产品和传统产品是不一样的，原型机的研发一般是从无到有的一个过程，客户的焦点主要集中在能否通过一定的方法获得需要的产品，对产量和品质的要求在原型机阶段反而没有传统产品那么高，这其实是间接给新品研发降低了难度，让研发人员更有信心去面对新的领域。最近几年，金韦尔陆续研发了EVA太阳能胶膜生产线、PP和XPSCO2发泡生产线、石头纸生产线、高产量高透明水晶板生产线、PVDF氟材料生产线、FEP航天用高性能线缆生产线等多种特种设备,并在这些领域获得了较好的声誉。这些成绩的取得和公司“兼容并包，锐意进取”的研发氛围是分不开的。正是公司产品的差异化，避开了传统产品的惨烈价格竞争，让公司在如此恶劣的行业环境中，依然能保持利润和产值双增长，取得了较好的成绩。当然，成功的新品开发固然可以占得市场先机，但研发的过程也随时承担着失败的高风险，可谓机遇与挑战并存！
Adhere to differentiated research and development to seize market opportunities
Relying on the group's strong scientific and technological equipment strength, Gwell has been committed to the development of high-end products for many years, "closely watching the hot trend of the industry, to be a technology-driven enterprise" is the long-term business philosophy of Gwell. Talking about the future development direction of Gwell, Michael said that the focus will still be on the hot research and development projects in the industry, while taking into account the upgrading of traditional products to maintain the product differences of the enterprise.
Michael always says, to do research and development products and traditional products is different, the prototype is generally from a process of r&d, customer focus mainly concentrated in the needed products, whether through a certain method to the requirements of the yield and quality in the prototype stage but is not so high, traditional product this is indirect to new product research and development to reduce the difficulty, Let the r&d staff more confident to face the new field. In recent years, Gwell has successively developed EVA solar film production line, PP and XPSCO2 foaming production line, stone paper production line, high yield and high transparency crystal board production line, PVDF fluorine material production line, FEP aerospace high-performance cable production line and other special equipment, and gained a good reputation in these fields. These achievements and the company's "compatible and inclusive, forge ahead" research and development atmosphere is inseparable. It is the differentiation of the company's products that avoids the fierce price competition of traditional products and enables the company to maintain the double growth of profit and output value and achieve good results in such a harsh industry environment. Of course, successful new product development can take the lead in the market, but the process of research and development is always bearing the high risk of failure, which can be described as both opportunities and challenges!
不断改进引导传统产品创新高
孙总介绍说，传统片材设备近两年略见疲态，利润附加值越来越低，甚至已经到了亏损的边缘，如果再靠价格竞争获取订单显然是没有希望的。如何破局？先改变我们的思维然后勇于实践！举例来说，常用片材设备的主流挤出机一直是单螺杆，这成了很多人根深蒂固的观念，但单螺杆有很多自身的缺陷一直无法很好的弥补，比如对原料比较挑剔、单位产量能耗大、综合产量低等等，如果我们不能绕开单螺杆挤出机，这些问题可能很难从根本上彻底解决。片材机挤出一定要用单螺杆吗？显然答案是否定的，双螺杆、多螺杆、压延成型都可以做片材，变更一下思路可能就是一片新天地。以常规的PP、PS生产线为例，金韦尔研发的高产75平双单机生产线，主电机160KW，但产量可以稳定的运行在600kg/h左右，且对原料的形态和工艺的容宽度都较大，操作简易。由于中国的原料比较复杂，如果采用单螺杆，同样的电机功率，工艺调整性非常差，实际产量大多只能到350-450kg/h。“在同功率的情况下，产量提高30%；在同产量的前提下，降低百分之三十的能耗。”孙总表示，这将是金韦尔在传统行业的一次革新。近年来，金韦尔一直致力于传统设备的不断改进，希望帮助传统行业在2-3年内实现大产量化和自动化的目标。

General Sun said that the traditional sheet equipment has seen a slight weakness in the past two years, and the profit added value is lower and lower, and even has reached the edge of loss. If we rely on price competition to obtain orders, it is obviously hopeless. How to break a game? First change our thinking and then dare to practice! Sheet equipment commonly used, for example, the mainstream of the extruder has been the single screw, this is a lot of people held notion, but single screw has many own defects have not been able to very good make up for, such as is critical for raw materials, energy consumption per unit output, low comprehensive production and so on, if we can't bypass the single screw extruder, can be hard to fundamentally solve these problems. Must single screw be used for sheet extrusion? Obviously the answer is no, twin screw, multi screw, calendering can do sheet, change the idea may be a new world. Taking the conventional PP and PS production lines as an example, the high-yield 75-ping double single-machine production line developed by Kingwell has a main motor of 160KW, but the output can run stably at about 600kg/h, and it has a large capacity and width of raw material and process, and is easy to operate. Due to the complexity of raw materials in China, if single screw is used, the process adjustment is very poor with the same motor power, and the actual output can only reach 350-450kg/h. "30% increase in output at the same power; 30 percent less energy use for the same amount of production." Sun said that this will be kingwell in the traditional industry innovation. In recent years, Gwell has been committed to the continuous improvement of traditional equipment, hoping to help traditional industries to achieve the goal of mass production and automation in 2-3 years.
自动化是新一轮发展的自然需求
对于如今热门的“工业4.0”，孙总也有自己的看法。他提及在片板材领域，由于人力成本不断上升，客户对自动化的需求是很明显的，而且这种需求会不断促进这个行业的自动化程度的发展。孙总举例说，金韦尔最开始做的EVA生产线，速度每分钟只有两米，当时的设备特别简单，自动化程度很低，收卷全部靠人工操作，既累又慢，很多工人因为忍受不了这种机械式的重复性体力劳动，向我们的客户提出了辞职；现在线速度已达到每分钟8米，依靠人工收卷已然不可能，自动化是必然选择，虽然前期投入略大，但综合成本还是降低的。“即使我们不主动推行自动化，客户自己也会去寻找解决途径。”孙总表示，自动化是传统行业新一轮发展的自然趋势。

He mentioned that in the sheet industry, due to the rising labor costs, the customer demand for automation is clear, and this demand will continue to drive the industry's automation level. Mr. Sun said for example, the EVA production line made by Gwell at the beginning only had a speed of two meters per minute. The equipment at that time was very simple and the degree of automation was very low, and the winding was operated manually, which was tiring and slow. Many workers resigned to our customers because they could not bear the mechanical and repetitive physical labor. Now the linear speed has reached 8 meters per minute, it is impossible to rely on manual rewinding, automation is an inevitable choice, although the initial investment is slightly larger, but the overall cost is reduced. "Even if we don't automate proactively, the customer will find a solution." Sun said automation is the natural trend of the new development of traditional industries.
经典研发项目将以展板形式呈现
金韦尔这几年在展会上，研发类产品实物展出并不多，对此孙总解释道，研发类产品设备庞大，出于技术上保密的考虑，此次展出还是会以常规产品为主，但金韦尔做过的经典研发项目均会以展板、PPT等形式展现给客户。“我们这次会展出一套三辊、一套自动收卷机、一套换网器、计量泵、模具，虽说是常规机，但亮点显著。”

In recent years, There are not many r&d products on display in the exhibition, Mr. Sun explained that r&d products are huge equipment, for the consideration of technical confidentiality, this exhibition will be based on conventional products, but the classic R&D projects done by Gwell will be displayed to customers in the form of display boards, PPT and so on. "We will show a set of three rollers, a set of automatic winding machine, a set of net changer, metering pump, mold, although it is a conventional machine, but the highlight is remarkable."
从公司成立至今，金韦尔产品已畅销全国各地，并出口到俄罗斯、西班牙、土耳其、韩国、印尼、印度、日本、德国、南美洲等国家和地区，深受客户好评。金韦尔今年在江苏大丰还扩建了新厂房，占地面积约100亩，按计划大约在年底完工投入使用，届时金韦尔将进入全新的发展时期。2016刚刚起航，金韦尔将不负重托，在塑料挤出机械行业中坚持创新进取、攻克科技难关，以实业兴国而实现新时代的辉煌。
