ASA Casting Film Extrusion Line
ASA cast film is a film made of polyvinyl chloride PVC, polyethylene PE, polypropylene PP, polypropylene PPE, acrylic PMMA, acrylonitrile, rubber and other resins by the casting method, which not only maintains the main characteristics of ABS, It also inherits the advantages of acrylic weather resistance, and its weather resistance can be greatly improved by laminating with resin tiles, color steel tiles, and furniture. It is widely used in the field of composite plastic flexible packaging and surface coating of building materials.
Because of its outstanding anti-aging performance, ASA film is widely used in the field of roofing tiles. While roofing tiles are processed, it can realize online thermal compounding, with uniform compound thickness, no color difference, and high bonding strength, which overcomes the issue of chromatic aberration in the compound of traditional co-extrusion ASA and also saves the cost of raw materials. The processing thickness range of Gwell ASA cast film production line: 0.05-0.2mm, width 1000-1500mm, uniform thickness and stable size.

5. The roller adopts a spiral multi-flow channel structure, the temperature of the roller surface is less than or equal to 2000mm, the controllable temperature is ±1℃, the accuracy of the roller surface is ±0.01mm, and the mirror level can reach level 14.
6. Full servo system, imported tension sensor and control system to ensure stable tension control and precise speed control
7. It adopts automatic winding machine, automatic roll change function, automatic cutting, automatic winding, with taper tension control, so that the finished rolls are more tidy and labor costs are saved.
